You are the only one who makes everything converge.
The company is growing. The structure is in place. Responsibilities are defined. Yet, the most important issues keep resurfacing. Doubts return. Risks return.
There are fewer and fewer people with whom you can truly bounce your decisions off. You make more and more choices alone.
It’s not a crisis. It’s natural loneliness at the top, which grows with the company’s scale.

You don’t have to be alone at the top
Imagine having someone with whom you can confront your decisions — without fear that someone will interpret the process of reaching an answer as a lack of knowledge or doubt.
Instead of reacting alone, you begin to lead with greater clarity. But you no longer feel like you’re the only one who has to carry it all.
Because managing a growing company is like climbing a mountain, and it doesn’t have to be a solo journey.
If you’re increasingly thinking you could use a partner who understands this journey – you’re in the right place.
One Logic, Four Forms of Collaboration
I don’t select “services” — I select a form of collaboration appropriate for the stage, pressure, and available space. The four forms I offer can be combined and modified over time.
Executive Partnership — ongoing collaboration focused on the founder: mindset, decision-making, and actions at a growing scale. It combines elements of coaching, mentoring, and business sparring — in proportions tailored to the situation.
Strategic Consulting — a specific topic, a specific recommendation. When a founder doesn’t have the bandwidth to tackle a crucial decision by himself — I step in, analyze, and stand behind the recommendation.
Interim management — when a company faces a change too broad for one department and too important to be left without an owner. I take responsibility for leading the project from start to finish.
Fractional management — a consistent, part-time C-level presence. When a company needs decision-making maturity, but a full-time position is still too early.
Partnership without ego battles
Working with me is neither about agreement nor dominance. It’s a space where you can safely challenge your assumptions with someone who will ask tough questions, question shortcuts in thinking, and look at the system more broadly — without fighting to be right.
My job is not to have the last word. My job is to help you see more clearly and regain control — without adding unnecessary complexity.
Why work with me?
Over the years, I’ve worked on both sides of this table—as COO of a scaling tech startup, as a board member of FT1000-ranked companies, as the right hand of a serial founder and investor in multimillion-dollar tech deals.
I’ve seen the same patterns from different perspectives. And that’s why I can quickly spot where the real problem lies — even if, at first glance, it seems to be somewhere else entirely.
Because business development can be simpler.
