Executive Partnership<\/a><\/strong> \u2014 ongoing collaboration focused on the founder: mindset, decision-making, and actions at a growing scale. It combines elements of coaching, mentoring, and business sparring \u2014 in proportions tailored to the situation. <\/p>\n\n

Strategic Consulting<\/strong><\/a> \u2014 a specific topic, a specific recommendation. When a founder doesn’t have the bandwidth to tackle a crucial decision by himself \u2014 I step in, analyze, and stand behind the recommendation.<\/p>\n\n

Interim management<\/a><\/strong> \u2014 when a company faces a change too broad for one department and too important to be left without an owner. I take responsibility for leading the project from start to finish.<\/p>\n\n

Fractional management<\/a><\/strong> \u2014 a consistent, part-time C-level presence. When a company needs decision-making maturity, but a full-time position is still too early.<\/p>\n\n
