Most consulting operates on the logic of “the more analysis, the better.” Extensive reports, scenarios, risk matrices. Everything looks good on paper.<\/p>\n\n

The result is not decision relief, but another layer of complexity. More options, not fewer. <\/p>\n\n

This isn’t about ill will. It’s a mismatch between the model and the realities of a dynamically growing company<\/strong>, where a decision cannot wait for the full picture, because by the time it emerges, circumstances will have already changed.<\/p>\n\n

Consulting with an MVP Mindset<\/h2>\n\n

I work as an advisor, consultant and business sparring partner with an MVP mindset for decisions: just enough analysis<\/strong> to make a good decision under given conditions. I don’t do homework in advance.<\/p>\n\n

We start by understanding the constraints \u2014 time, resources, cost of error. We define the scope of the analysis. In the end, you get a concrete recommendation that I stand behind. Not a set of options for you to choose from independently. <\/p>\n\n

This is the difference between consulting and business sparring for founders, which helps you think. Both make sense \u2014 but in different situations.<\/p>\n\n

Why work with me?<\/h2>\n\n

Over the years, I’ve worked on every side of the table<\/strong> \u2014 as COO of a scaling tech startup, as a board member of FT1000 companies, as the right hand of a serial founder and investor in multi-million dollar transactions, including in tech companies.<\/p>\n\n

This experience translates into one thing: I know what a good decision looks like with limited resources and high pressure. And I know what’s not worth analyzing.<\/p>\n\n
